Elliot, Sedgewick and George (Larry the Cucumber, Mr. Lunt and Pa Grape) are waiters at the Pieces of Ate Dinner Theater who dream of one day starring in the theater's big pirate ship production. The present-day heroes to take back into the past and the next thing the wanna-be pirates know, they're in the 17th century and in a little hot water. Princess Eloise needs their help to rescue her brother Alexander from their evil Uncle or else he'll take over the kingdom!

The Pirates Who Don't Do Dnything are forced to face their fears and become heroes - whether they like it or not - in order to save the kingdom. Along the way they come face-to-face with a Fans of the series will notice that while the original show is based on Christian values, there is no obvious religious theme to this particular movie. You shouldn't be disappointed, however. You'll still find a great message about overcoming adversity, facing your fears, and getting up and doing something productive!
