bass, jingles, background girlies and rappin' so smooth it'll have ya askin', "How old is this guy?" I can just imagine how much fun he would be to see live. Little D. (Romeo's cousin), Silkk The Shocker (his uncle), Lil' Zane, Afficial and boy band, 6 Piece, lend their vocals on a couple of tracks.
Lil' Romeo is not a CD that'll have ya jumpin' to the stereo, skippin' songs. No way! It's a quality CD you'll wanna hear all the way through. Some of my fave tracks include Little Star and My Girlies which is gonna have all the girls screamin', "Yo Romeo!" I also dig the touching song, I Want To Be Like You where Romeo sings about his hero... his dad. The rhymin' and clappin' noises of are pretty fresh too.
My Baby put him on the map but it's only a matter of time before Lil' Romeo's headed for big time success. If this is what's coming out of a 12 year-old body, imagine the rhymes Lil' Romeo will be spittin' out when he's 20.
