Who built the history book - if you aren't a total paranormal nut you'll end up catching Z's.
Eric Elfman's collection of alien info is cool, but take it in small doses unless you need some extra naptime. You're best off checking it out for school projects on aliens or so you can prove to your younger brother that aliens really are hiding under his bed at night.
