The original Air Bud spawned a whole slew of Buddies movies like Snow Buddies, Air Buddies and the recent Space Buddies—all of which feature talking dogs. The original Air Bud doesn’t talk, but Air Bud has such a great story, you won’t miss the talking CG effect.

The DVD comes with a cool silver, army-style dog tag that says “Buddy.” Don’t worry, it’s big enough for you (or your dog) to wear. As for Special Features, the Dog-U-Commentary that lets you run through the movie with The Buddies offering their take on all the action, but the movie itself is what you’ll want to watch over and over since the story is so captivating.
