A Ugly Bat Boy, which is his full name, has a mane of shaggy grey fur on his chest, but other than that is mainly bald, giving him a very unusual – and, to some people, unattractive – appearance.
The staff at Exeter Veterinary Hospital, where Ugly lives, says lots of people don’t think the cat’s real because he usually sits as still as a statue. The employees also say he’s got a great personality that makes his inner beauty shine right through!
