Active Life: Extreme Challenge stands out with activities that you normally dont get to try and comes with a controller mat that works with the games.
Active Life: Extreme Challenge is a sequel to rock climbing, you sit on the mat and hit the buttons in order to grab and climb. There is also a challenge mode in the game to keep things interesting as you aim for different goals while doing the activities, such as purposefully hitting all the obstacles or waiting as long as possible before opening your parachute.
All the games can be played as soon as you turn on your sweat doing all those jumps, making the game more enjoyable than normal exercise.
