Lil Bow Wow, or Bow Wow as he likes to be called, makes his big screen debut in the basketball movie Like Mike. Bow Wow is one of the hottest young rappers on the planet right now and the kid's got game too!Bow Wow plays an orphan named Calvin Cambridge who loves to play basketball with his buddies and dreams about playin' with the big guys in the NBA. Like every orphan, he hopes to be adopted one day too. Calvin's dreams come true when he gets a pair of old Nike sneakers with the faded initials "M.J." on the inside. Turns out the beat up pair of shoes belonged to Michael Jordan and they're magic, transforming Bow Wow into an amazing b-ball player.
basketball though - it's got heart too. Like Mike is a feel good movie that's bound to get the ball rollin' and up the basket hype with kids flockin' to the nearest mall to pick up a b-ball. The only downside to Like Mike is that it's predictable with a capital "P" but it's still definitely worth checkin' out if you're a Bow Weazy fan or ya just wanna see a feel-good flick.
