The online Glee community has been abuzz with talk of New Directions’ good chances at Regionals. The club is stoked until their rivals Vocal Adrenaline—with Jesse St. James back in tow—show them up with “Another One Bites the Dust” by Queen. Later when they return to their practice room, they find it’s been totally TP’ed!

Puck vows revenge and doesn’t waste any time. He and Finn slash the tires of Vocal Adrenaline’s new Range Rovers. Needless to say, the guys get caught and have to pay back the damages or get expelled from school.

Puck and Finn start working with Terri at Sheets-N-Things to begin paying off their debt. During their first days in retail hell, Puck, Finn and eventually the whole store in on an imaginary rendition of Beck’s “Loser.”

Meanwhile, Will suggests the club tackle Funk this week since that’s Vocal Adrenaline’s biggest weakness. Quinn jumps at the chance and surprises the skeptical Mercedes with a heart-felt rendition of James Brown’s “It’s A Man’s Man’s Man’s World.” Quinn gets a little help from the Unwed Mothership Connection. Her fellow teen moms work it as Quinn’s backup dancers.

Later, Mercedes and Quinn have a heart to heart about prejudice. Now that Mercedes invites Quinn to move out of Puck’s parents’ house and into hers.

Rachel is ecstatic when she gets a call from Jesse, but when she rushes to meet him, she’s ambushed by Vocal Adrenaline. They pelt her with eggs—then Jesse crushes the last egg into her face and breaks Rachel’s heart one last time when he says, “I loved you.”
The guys are ready to “go Braveheart” on Vocal Adrenaline, but Will has a better idea. He uses Rachel’s phone to call Jesse and the team for a showdown. New Directions puts their rivals in their place with a slammin’ version of Parliament’s “Give Up The Funk.”
