Youll feel like a legend, flying and fighting in this game. At least, until you fly into your third or fourth rock wall
Based on the movie of the same name, The Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole does not suffer from many of the licensed game pitfalls. Aside from some minor issues, like audio glitches, the game is very polished and plays pretty well.

At the start of the game, you can choose to be four different kinds of Flying controls are pretty good. You will definitely fly into walls every now and then, but for the most part you should be able to hold your own in battle.
Most of the action in the game is done through quick time events, where you are prompted to push a button at the right time. Once you are close enough to do something, just push the right button and the game will do it for you. There is no aiming, since you lock onto targets, and no real precision at all. This makes the game pretty easy, but is great for making you feel like a throw them to the ground, or command your allies to attack (and then attack yourself for a team attack!).

Inbetween battles, you often will need to fly as fast as you can to the next location. This isn't too bad, the only big problem being that you might suffer from tunnel vision as you lock onto your target.
With only 22 missions spread over 5 worlds, the game is a bit short. There is no multiplayer either, so don't expect to play the game over and over. However, there are four different owls to try out, bonus missions, and also movie.
