Space Chimps 2: Zartog Strikes Back is all about … you guessed it: chimps in space. A monkey named Comet goes to outer space, bonds with an alien and has a cosmic adventure. We’d love to say we loved this movie, but we didn’t.

The title saus CHIMPS plural, but only one ape actually goes to space in 3D, but it’s hard to tell that feature’s even worked into the film. The animation seems off, with little background detail, and in some parts of the movie it seemed like the sound was outta sync – we’re pretty sure we saw some lip movements gone wrong.
