But the wedding doesn’t go as planned. Death Eaters attack during the reception. Harry, Ron and Hermione disapparate, and begin their inevitable handbag that seems to hold all of their needs, including a tent.

On their quest to find and destroy Voldemort’s seven Horcruxes, the trio face The Deathly Hallows into two movies, the first movie would undoubtedly be slower and less climactic than the second. The film reflects the content of the book exactly, without chopping any significant details. It has many slow moments while Harry, Ron and Hermione are on their quest to find the Horcruxes. But those scenes are interspersed with unanticipated attacks and quick action scenes. All in all, Part 1 won’t leave you with that complete and satisfied feeling that you’d get with the previous six films. And nor should it. It’s not the end. It’s only the beginning of the end.
