This episode continues where the last left off. Blair is expected at a party, but when she doesn’t show up, Chuck goes looking for her. He receives an intentional pocket dial from Blair during which she cleverly announces her whereabouts. Russell Thorpe is holding her hostage and even plans to kill her by setting another fire. Chuck, Nate and Raina arrive in time to save Blair.
Instead of going to the party, Blair and Chuck crash a Bar Mitzvah which leads to an intimate evening. Later, Chuck encourages Blair to go back to Prince Louis. He has finally matured enough to realize that Blair is at her best when she’s with Louis, and Chuck only brings out the dark side in them both.

Meanwhile, Charlie is New York isn’t the best place for her after all.
Charlie takes a bus back to Florida, where viewers see the deception that’s been going on for many episodes. Charlie is not Serena’s cousin. Serena’s Aunt paid this girl—Ivy—to pretend to be her daughter. But now that Ivy’s had a taste of the big apple, she may not be ready to give it up.

Serena looked dazzling in her Jenny Packham Cruise S/S 2011 Coral Embellished Drape Gown. She accessorized with an outrageously expensive snowflake cuff by Matthew Campbell Laurenza (worth $2,820).
Charlie sported Serena’s gold Pamela Dennis Couture Dress. And while we don’t know if she copied Serena’s accessories, she did where an Alexis Bittar Lucite Square Bangle.
Georgina Sparks made her first appearance of the season during the finale, wearing a Marchesa Fall 2007 Dress which she coupled with a Carlos Falchi Clutch.
