Marlo Fauster and her brother Milton circus where the lying, fibbing, untruth-telling kids go. After taking a few classes, Marlo realizes that the head of the circus, P.T. Barnum, is using the students as a focus group to test his creepy new line of products—products that he’ll use for a greater, more devastating purpose.

Meanwhile, Milton (as Marlo) is working as one of the devil’s Inferns (like war. Milton has to put up with the conceited, high-maintenance actor, Van Glorious, who’s playing the role of teenage Jesus.

Fibble is the fourth book in the Heck series by Dale E. Basye. The story is a little confusing at times. There are so many underworld puns that you almost have to sift through them in order to find the actual plot. Parts of the book are exciting. But unless you’ve read the first three books in the series, you might have a hard time following along.
