The New Zealand Allblacks are finally champions of the 2011 World Cup... again. They were the very first winners of the Rugby World Cup in 1987 beating and now, after 24 years, they're back on top after beating, yep you guessed it, again! The final score was 7-6 in a classic defensive battle of attrition.

The Allblacks got to win in front of their home fans where the 2011 World Cup was held throughout the months of September and October. The team is so good that they are the favorite almost every time the Rugby World Cup happens... every four years.

The Allblacks may not have freaked out only winning by a single point, but has got to be discouraged. They have never won the World Cup even though they have played 3 times in the final game. It might be time for another revolution in ... maybe led by someone taller than 5 foot 7 inches. (Lil' Napoleon was that tall but shhhhh! I hear his ghost is super sensitive)

The Allblacks are now the proud owners of the Web Ellis Cup, named after a man who invented Rugby by picking up the ball during a game of soccer. Everyone must have laughed at him, but he went on to become a legend for creating this popular sport. Nobody is laughing now.

The Web Ellis Cup is a small little gold trophy that looks goofy held by humongous men. Don't you think a sports trophy should reflect the men that play the game? Rugby players are the biggest men in the World and when they hold that puny trophy, it's kind of a let down.
