I've played through Final Fantasy 8, including the first Final Fantasy game on the NES, and "Final Fantasy: Mystic Quest" on SNES. As a Regular and Vetern player of the Final Fantasy series, I guess you could accuse me of being partial to it, becuase I am; anyway, the first one on Nintento is possibly the best game ever made, and its offspring aren't dissapointing at all. Dull points are hard to find in this series, between battles with monsters and bosses, towns and stores stocked with all types of magic, weapons, and armor, puzzles out the wazoo, and enough play time to make your eyes shrink. If you've never player this series, I suggest you buy them, or at least get access to them right away. If you don't, you're missin' out.

This is one of the best games I've ever played. But, I don't like how they blended in the Final Fantasy 7 characters into it, some of it doesn't flow. But, overall, it was great.
