The top 6 girls were whisked away to Macau, China, where they settled into their swanky accommodations. For their challenge, they visited a Chinese makeup provided, along with some colorful cloths to drape around their bodies.

Laura dressed in all black from clothes to makeup and received the challenge win. For a prize, she was given a spa treatment at their hotel - the MGM Macau. She was allowed to bring one friend along, and because Eboni is the only other American girl left, Miss Jay made the assumption that she’d invite her. But the result was an awkward day at the spa.

Later, the girls posed for a photo shoot wearing modern silk dresses designed by Barney Cheng, along with a collection a silkworms. Most of the girls cringed at the sight of the worms. But not Laura. She has no fear of anything creepy crawly and she embraced that in her photo shoot.

Laura’s fearlessness at the shoot proved advantageous when she walked away with best photo. Two British girls wound up in the bottom two, which hasn’t happened in quite a while - Catherine and Alisha. Ultimately, the judges decided to give Alisha another chance and sent Catherine home.
