The college experience wouldn’t be complete without the spring break road trip. So this week, the girls split into two teams and were sent on an RV road trip to Palm Springs. Sounds fun, right? Well, of course there was more to it than that. Along the way, they had three different “pit stops” where they had to shoot a short video for Nylon TV and take photos. But not just any photos. They had to be “random acts of modeling” photos, meaning they had to be doing everyday things while looking modelesque, instead of intentionally posing.

On top of the $10,000 scholarship money, the winner of the challenge would get to be a guest correspondent for a segment on Nylon TV. Team one, which included Laura, Kristin, Allyssa and Brittany, won the challenge, but only one model could receive the prize. And that model was Laura…for the second week in a row.

Their road trip left the girls feeling very gross and in dire need of showers. But the photographer at their photo shoot, Douglas Friedman, used their grunginess to their advantage. They posed as spent college students after a night of partying hard. Brittany was ed out on a disgustingly messy couch, Laura was puking in a toilet, Kiara was ed out in a dumpster, and Allyssa was licking soda off the floor, only to find a cockroach nearby at the very end of her shoot. Yuck!

At , the judges praised most of the photos, particularly Nastasia’s shower shot, along with Brittany's ed out shot. But the judging was interrupted during Victoria’s critique when the girls brought up her eating disorder. The girls claimed the Victoria hasn't been eating, while Victoria claimed that she had. She just misses her mom to the point where food has no taste. Ultimately, Laura and Allyssa wound up in the bottom two. Laura, who was a front runner in the last few weeks, was saved. However, Tyra teared up over letting go of Allyssa, the last fiercely real sized girl in the competition.
