On the Winter Woods called The Keeper and when she sneaks out to get to the bottom of things she comes across a kindred fairy in the woods, Periwinkle, who’s experienced the same sparkling phenomenon – only to discover she and Tink came from the same breath!

But there are rules that keep fairies in their own climate zones, namely that their delicate magical wings can’t stand the change in temperature. So what will happen to plucky Periwinkle and Tink who are intent on breaking the rules?
