But when the microfilm falls into Ivy's hands, she breaks up with her, but not before stealing the microfilm from the envelope in her purse. Rufus decides to make amends with Lily by giving her the microfilm, which she then destroys, allowing Chuck's criminal-of-a-father to go free.

Blair has just launched her new clothing line for teens based on her high school uniform. The launch is a huge success, which means she's held up her end of the bargain that she made with Chuck. Unfortunately, Chuck didn't succeed in getting his father convicted, which means that he and Blair can never be together.

Meanwhile, Dan and Serena are getting cozy. They've made amends with everyone who was mad at them and are now planning to go public with their new relationship status: they're a couple! Everything seems perfect until Dan recieves a call from Georgina who asks him why he's gone AWOL. Dan tells her that he's writing a Serena chapter to his backstabbing, friendship-destroying Vanity Fair columns. Is it true? Or is he just trying to get Georgina off his back?
