Captain America: The Winter Solider is arguably one the best sequels Marvel has released, so seeing it on Blu-ray is definitely a treat. More so than some of the other Marvel films, Captain America and the sequel are about the characters - but that doesn't mean that anything is sacrificed in of amazing action scenes and special effects (which is what we all expect from a superhero movie!) The focus on characters though is what's going to make you want to add this one to your collection, it feels like a real movie, and not just an excuse to blow stuff up. Like every Marvel movie the blu-ray looks and sounds incredible, and for true fans of the movie and comics the feature length commentary with the directors and screenwriters will take you behind-the-scenes to get a glimpse at how it all came together. The only drawback with this disc is that it doesn't have as many Bonus Features as we would like, although there are the usual Deleted Scenes, Bloopers and some Making-of material. Luckily the film speaks for itself, Captain America: The Winter Soldier will make you excited about superhero sequels again!

Jackson as Nick Fury.
