Movies have to shoot whenever the time is right - and a lot of the time that means at night, outside. Sometimes Amy has to work from 6 PM to 6 AM, outside, in the cold. Not fun. And about 70 percent of the time, she has to work over 12 hours a day! Think you could handle it?

The average extra will make about $10 per hour for the first eight hours of work. If they need you to stay on set longer, you make more money as the hours drag on. Every hour after 12 hours of work you'll make $20 an hour.
