Skateboard Ideas for the Winter 4q6d4e

Dec 27, 2006

Does skate fix when the snow falls.

  • Play Tony Hawk's Underground (THUG). When it's cold and wet outside, take a seat on the couch and plug in THUG - the latest, and by far the greatest, skate video game from PS2 network adaptor, you can even put your own face into the game!

  • Snowskate - Don't wait for the temperature to rise or the snow to melt. Grab a pop ollies, or slide around the parking lot. All you need is snow.

  • Indoor Skatepark - Bring your skateboard indoors. Most indoor skateparks charge you money to skateboard, which totally bites, but it's better than trying to ollie in a foot of snow. To find an indoor skatepark near you, head on over to www.skateboard.com.

  • Skate Videos - Watch a skateboard video or DVD. It's a great way to see some tricks you haven't seen before and catch some wicked skateboard wipeouts.

  • Hit the Mall - Most shopping malls have great places to skateboard, like benches, covered parkades and stairs. If you spend too much time skating at the mall, you'll likely get hassled by the SSGs (Slobby Security Guards.) If that happens, take a break and scope out the stores for some new skate gear.

  • Tech Decks - Get your skatefix by picking up a set of Tech Deck handboards or fingerboards. Tech Deck's latest line of boards feature skate graphics from your favorite brands, trucks that spark and all the tools and hardware you need.

  • Move South - Convince your parents to quit their Bob Burnquist come from southern climates. When it's warm outside, you can skate all day, everyday.
