The first thing you want to do is make sure you're totally stealthy - if you can knock out the first four bad guys without getting noticed it's worth a Bond Moment. When you enter the level, head right and hit the guard at the end of the tunnel with a sleeper dart. Then, go through the tunnel and head right again, you'll find three more guards that will drop some cool power-ups, just make sure you stay sneaky.Once the guards on the first level have been beaten, it's time to rappel up to the next level. In the tall room that one of the guards was, um, guarding, there's a ledge. Get your Rappel Gun beat you senseless.
On the next level the elevator will be broken (in the beginnging), so you'll become good friends with your Rappel Gun before you finish the level. Good luck secret agent!
