If you're a Playstation Underground member, watch out for the Holiday 2004 Demo Disc. The disc is 90% safe, but if you try to play the Viewtiful Joe 2 game demo, it'll toast your Memory Card.Saving Your Saved Games i3o5q
This is the easy part. To avoid losing all your game files there are two things you can do:Every other game demo is fine, it's just the one from Capcom that'll eat your saved games.

Recently, I recieved the new PS2 Holiday Demo Disc in the mail from Sony. Eager to play, I tossed the disc in my PS2. I played all of the games happily, and it wasn't until a week later that I realized my memory card had been completely wiped out of it's memory. I was very frustrated and curious as to why this had occured and went to find out by looking on the Internet. During my search for the truth, I found kidzworld.site.org and the article on my problem. I thank you for informing me but I wonder if you could answer a question. I heard from someone that if you send your defected disc in to Sony, they will give you a free game as an apology. I am wondering if this is true, and if it is, could you find the address to which I send my disc?
