So ya dig sports but need some help with your game? Don't understand some of the rules of football, basketball or hockey? Got a gripe about P.E. class, skateboarders, cheerleading, coaches, or anything? Why not ?

I want to find a good and fun cardio workout that is safe for me, so I can lose weight. Do you have any ideas?

Hey drummerchik4,
Before you begin any sort of cardio workout program, it's always a good idea to talk to your a pet to take with you. If you live in a cold or rainy climate, walking might not be the most enjoyable, but it's still an easy and safe way to get your cardio workout.

  • Kickboxing - Take some kickboxing lessons! Kickboxing is a sport that can give you a safe cardio workout, as well as improve your flexibility, balance and ability to kick butt! Talk to your P.E. teacher or someone at your local community center for more info on kickboxing programs.
  • Hip Hop Dancing - Shaking your booty can be a healthy and safe cardio workout. Dance along to a Jumping rope is a cardio workout you can do by yourself or with a group of friends. Jumping rope can give you as much of a cardio workout as running on a treill and you'll probably have more fun.
  • Dance Dance Revolution - I'm not a big fan of [KWLINK 3842[b]DDR but it can be a fun way to get a workout, especially if you live in a More Health and Fitness Advice
