Dallas Friday cemented her status as the top woman on water by winning the gold medal in the X Games for the fourth straight year. The teen queen of the extreme continues to dominate the women's wakeboarding tour and in 2005 she became the first female to make a million bucks as a wakeboarder.

In the summer, Deegan shattered a kidney and ruptured a spleen after a massive wipeout while filming an episode of Viva la Bam. He ended up losing his kidney but the rest of his body recovered in time to compete at the 2005 Summer X Games.
