The second Ganon battle has two parts. In the first, plug him in the head with your Hero Bow, dodge to the side then turn around and whack him in his glowing belly with your sword. He'll be coming from the portal that glows blue, so make sure you're ready for him. Once he starts dodging your arrows its time to wolf out. Then, when he charges you, hit A to grab him, WWE style, and toss him to the ground. While he's down, slam into his belly to damage him. Keep it up and you'll clobber him!

Teamwork time! Get on your horse with Princess Zelda and chase after Ganon while Zelda tries to hit him with a Light Arrow. Dodge the ghosts he summons and, when he gets stunned by Zelda's arrow, smack him with your sword!

The final battle with Ganon is a great big swordfight. You're trapped inside golden walls with Ganon and a bunch of skulls you can smash for hearts. Get up close and personal with the big dude until you see "Chance A" appear at the bottom of the screen. That's your chance to press A, knock his sword away, and whack him a few times. Keep fighting and eventually you'll defeat him!
