Not a whole lot has changed since last week with the Melody drama. She's only like a few weeks along so she figures she doesn't have to tell anybody about it yet. I told her that they're people are going to figure it out eventually and it'll be a lot easier to talk about it now then a month or two down the road. Does she really think she can pull off what Jena Malone did in Saved?
I did end up her parents, we'll be there. I feel pretty comfortable talking to my mom, but I don't know what I'd do if I had to tell her something like this. It's always easier to come to all the right conclusions when you're not the one who's faced with this crazy situation.
I think Melody is getting annoyed with me because I've been hanging around her a lot more than I used to. I just want to make sure that she's okay but I think she's getting two and two together! Whatever. I'm getting a little tired of trying so hard to help and getting absolutely no thanks. If she wants to deal with this all on her own, that's just fine. Until next week anyway.
I think I'm going to take this weekend to San Diego. It'll be cool just to get away from everything for a few days.
