Winning a church raffle scores the nearly wordless disaster-on-legs Mr. Bean (brilliant schemer that makes Mr. Bean so funny. Willem Dafoe does a great job as a pompous villain too and, once the movie gets rolling, there are a half-dozen jokes that'll make you spray pop out your nose.

There are two big flaws in this movie. The first is that Mr. Bean is very heavy on physical, absurdist comedy, so if that's not your thing, you'll run screaming to hit "pause" before this flick is halfway done. The second is that the first half-hour of this movie is quite slow and mostly consists of Rowan Atkinson making eat an entire prawn - shell and all - makes you laugh, you'll enjoy it.
