Is this movie silly? Yes. Bizarre? Yes. Ridiculous? Absolutely. But is it funny? Without a doubt. Scott Pilgrim vs. The World is so full of dry, sarcastic and ironic humor that you’ll be laughing out loud every few minutes. But the humor isn’t quite enough to sustain the film. The fight scenes with the evil ex’s combine comic book onomatopoeias (words like POW!, THUD!, etc). The scenes go a little too far, and last a little too long. Overall, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World was a 6 out of 10.
