You need to make your health and nutritious meals that aren’t high in fat or sugar.
Also, if you can involve or include your family in helping to keep your weight healthy and normal, that's great! Try spending time as a family doing physical activities - at least 90 minutes a day - like walking, playing outside and swimming.
