But the real world is more than they bargained for. They nearly get hired to murder a dying man in exchange for the money. Little do they know that the man they were really sent to kill is a fellow kid from the orphanage who was adopted into a rich family.

When times get tough, a rift forms between them. Moe goes it alone and winds up being discovered by the Jersey Shore director (played by the Old Spice spokesman, Isaiah Mustafa). Meanwhile, Larry and Curly’s stupidity leaves them desperate. The three friends must re forces if they ever hope to raise the money in time. In doing so, they must save their childhood friend from his murderous wife.

The Three Stooges is just what you’d expect: silly, over-the-top, outrageous humor. However, in spite of their “do not try these tricks at home” warning at the very end, the film had too many dangerous stunts. For example, Moe taking a chainsaw to Curly’s head. Kids of an impressionable age shouldn’t see this film. However, the movie did have its merits as well. It offered more than just the smack-you-in-the-head, poke-you-in-the-eye humor, and had a heartwarming finish.
