America’s Got Talent: Season 7, Episode 5 and 6 :: Tampa and St. Louis Auditions 1z6772

May 29, 2012

This week on Kidzworld’s recap of “Tampa Auditions,” which aired on May 28, 2012, to discover what you missed.

Dancing 52693m

There were no really outstanding auditions in Tampa, Florida; however, there were some worth mentioning. Inspire The Fire, a singing/dancing “urban Glee club,” opened the show. Even though Howard Stern hates the TV show Glee, he certainly loved this group. Next, the dancing continued with All That!, an all-male clogging group. Considering their burly muscles and tattoos, this act may be a first on AGT.

Bikini Blues 6y4z3d

A few other acts impressed the judges, including an illusionist, a hula hoop expert, a male contemporary dance group, and the NC Bikini Bombshells. Well, that last one only impressed the male judges since it was basically just fit woman in skimpy Las Vegas.

TV Theme Songs 6i5t69

The final two acts were rather unusual. The first was The Distinguished Men of Brass, who were former TV show theme songs. He didn’t win Howard’s vote, but Howie and Sharon sent him through to Vegas.

St. Louis Auditions 2s1q17

While the judges claimed that St. Louis showed a lot of talent, it wasn't entirely evident in the episode. We met 6-year-old singer Isaac Brown, who Howard seemed to like. Although he might claim to like every young kid who auditions ever since he made Mir Money cry. The only edge-of-your-seat audition was by the "world's youngest escape artist" - 26-year-old Spencer Horsman. He performed a stunt, which, if failed, would have shattered his legs. Luckily he escaped with no more than a second to spare.
