October is often a busy time for video game releases, and ing the last-minute gaming push before the holiday season is Destiny 2: Shadowkeep and the release of Ghostbusters: The Video Game Remastered.

Destiny 2 has changed a lot since it came out in 2017. Blasting alien baddies, using powerful abilities and getting tons of sweet loot in the process was fun from day one. That being said, there was room to grow. Forsaken fixed a lot of problems with the base game, adding new areas to explore and secrets to find after the somewhat underwhelming first expansions Curse of Osiris and Warmind. But developer Bungie isn’t done yet. The team behind the sci-fi shooter recently became an independent game studio, which means that they can now change the game in ways they couldn’t before. The first most significant change being Destiny 2 will soon be going free-to-play in the form of Destiny 2 New Light. New Light will take new players back to the intro of the first game, where the Ghost reawakens the resting Guardian and sets off on a journey across the solar system. Shadowkeep is the newest expansion and promises to bring Guardians back to the moon to face off against a new, haunting threat. Quite fitting for October. The expansion and new free-to-play version were originally going to come out a couple of weeks earlier on September 17th, but the team needed a bit more time to make sure everything is ready to go for launch on October 1^st.

Concrete Genie and Super Monkey Ball: Banana Biltz HD 2o4kt

October is usually a pretty busy time for gaming, and this year is no different. There is something for everyone. Concrete Genie is a graffiti-inspired adventure that lets you bring the imagination of its hero, Ash, to life. The city by the sea that he finds himself in is quite a downer and needs to be brought back to life through the art of graffiti. There are puzzles to solve, art to create, and even a combat system inspired bySuper Monkey Ball bash that launched on the Wii coming to all consoles, and this time with new HD graphics and the ability to play with standard analog controls. Motion controls are fun, but sometimes it is just better to do it the old fashioned way.
