I'm goin out for the starting spot for the running back position for the freshman football team. I'm pretty good, but there's a lot of competition. I know I have to improve my 40 time, so how do I do that? I really want to start!

When it comes down to 40 yard dash times, every tenth of a second counts! In the pressure on you, but you do have to maximize your potential when you run a 40.

The key to getting your best time is pure technique. You will be surprised how much time you can take off your 40 simply by having proper mechanics. The best is to hook up with the school's proper nutrition, training and dedication you will watch your 40 time decrease. It is going to take hard work and sacrifice, but it will all be worth it when you are running that football in for touchdowns!
