- Pharrell Williams and The Neptunes lent a hand again to help produce The Sweet Escape. Pharrell also co-wrote a few songs on the disc.
- Wonderful Life was actually written for Love.Angel.Music.Baby but it got left on the cutting room floor and was brought back for The Sweet Escape.
